10 GRAND CENTRAL

Designed by Ely Jacques Kahn in 1931, 10 Grand Central embodied the iconic “New York style" instantly recognizable in many of the city's early skyscrapers. Now, an extensive renovation featuring a new lobby, lounge, outdoor terrace and conference facility, has modernized the building’s original Beaux-Arts splendor and tied it even more closely to its neighbor, Grand Central Station. A striking centerpiece brass-clad front desk greets incoming visitors and sets the artistic tone of what's to come throughout the amenity and tenant floors.
