Cantilevered over its Lower Eastside neighbors, this architectural masterpiece from the architects at ODA dazzles the eye with a striking glass facade. Inside, owners of 38 spectacular homes and their guests are welcomed into the building through a dramatic entry way featuring a glowing fireplace and a centerpiece 21-foot architectural millwork wave wall. The wall is comprised of over 500 uniquely sequenced pieces, which required computer-aided 3D modeling and precision engineering.
