211 MCGUINNESS

Situated in the heart of bustling Long Island City, this 197-unit mixed-use urban development complex combines luxury residential and prime retail space. Multiple resident amenities feature a warm rustic style, rich with birch, walnut, reclaimed wood, and blackened steel finishes. Highlighting the ceiling are massive 14 x 14 inch reclaimed wood beams, which look imposing but are actually made hollow, reducing weight and facilitating installation at a 24 foot height.
