MILLWORK SCOPE:

Wood and metal paneling on grounds floor, lobby ceiling beams, concierge station, and build-ins throughout lounge, fitness room, and kids area. 

Elevator corridor paneling on 11 floors, with custom laser-cut unit numbers. Reflected exterior ipe wood occent wall. 

FINISHES:

Stained solid wood oak, and ipe, custom finished walnut veneer, blackened steel, plastic laminates.
