Hav & Mar Restaurant is located in Chelsea NY. The restaurant is a collaboration between Marcus Samuelson's (chef and owner) idea and Darrick Adams (responsible for all the art work). The restaurant has an open kitchen which gives an unusual theatrical performance by the kitchen staff working hard on their delicious show . Restaurant has a true dialog with the artist community of the neighborhood.
